East of Eden pasture raised pork is sold by the quarter, half, and whole animal. Animals will be processed by a WSDA certified mobile processor and butcher. Pay a deposit now to reserve your share for the Fall. We will process from October to November. After you reserve your share, we will contact you with a cut and wrap preferences form so you can decide how you want your pork prepared - ie bacon, sausage, smoked meats, charcuteries, and more!


A note on final pricing: we expect our final price for pork to be $6.00/lb hanging weight plus a cut and wrap fee which is the same as your deposit. For bacon and sausage there is an additional cost of $0.70/lb. So for example, if your half share turns out to be 50 pounds after processing and you want 20 pounds of bacon and sausage, you would pay $300+$35 for a total of $335 (the cut and wrap fee is already covered by your deposit).
