Come grow together...

If the idea of growing good food together with friends and neighbors appeals to you and you're looking for a way to connect with the plants and the soil and see/taste the fruits of your own labor, well you've come to the right place...

Over the past eight years at East of Eden farm we've built a small but vibrant space for growing organic fruits and veggies. Our farm and our soils are fertile and full of life. We have about 15,000 SF of growing space including two 100' covered hoop houses and small propagation green house. We have a small tractor as well as many other useful tools and generally low-tech tech.  After seven years of trying to make it as a market farm, we realized our best path forward was to embrace the community grown model. Simply put, East of Eden is now a place for people to work together to grow their own food, learn for each, enjoy each other, and build community, no strings attached!

We've based our model loosely on the awesome precedent established over the past 14 years by the people of Orcas Community Participatory Agriculture. We share this ethos of fostering community food sovereignty and deep reverence for all beings through the practice of collaborative regenerative agriculture. Thank you OCPA for all your work and we hope the same seeds will continue to take root here on the mainland.

Joining the co-growing community is easy. Just fill out the contact form below and our coordinator, Erica will get back to you shortly.  Or if you have questions, feel free to contact Erica directly.
