About the event
Our neighbor and professional fitness instructor Alicia Wang leads a weekly workout session using the whole farm as our studio. Farm fitness is a unique combination of strength and endurance training, yoga, natural movement, cross-fit and more. The goal is a super fun and varied, centering and strengthening workout that connects us to ourselves, each other, and our sense of place. All ages and ability levels welcome.
